The Discipline of Fleshcraft is considered so grotesque and so loathsome that none but the humble Sorcerer dares peruse its tainted mysteries. Those who delve into the craft of Flesh and the art of Bone will find great utility in their explorations, however. This Discipline greatly aids those who work the physical form for any purpose: healing, torment, destruction or perfection.

Like many Disciplines, Fleshcraft exemplifies the power of mind over body - however, this Discipline takes that precept to its extreme. A Sorcerer's willpower can change the landscape of his own fleshy form, willing appendages and musculature to be restored or even grow where none of its kind had yet existed. The bodies of others are not exempt from a Fleshcrafter's dominion - a Sorcerer with this Discipline's lore can wither flesh with a word, mend the deepest cuts and breaks or even cause a target's flesh to melt away.

Because this Discipline requires prior familiarity with the medic or physic's craft, those who study Fleshcraft tend to be characters that are used to the sights, smells and horrors of the clinic or the surgeon's tent. After becoming inured to such experiences, the drawbacks of Fleshcrafting seem lessened and minimalized. This usually means that those who study the art of Fleshcraft are usually people that are willing to view, endure and inflict tremendous amounts of pain for their desired purpose, receiving the most painful of injuries with a slight twitch.

SPELL SUMMARIES

Basic Spells: can be learned from Player Characters or Non-player Characters who possess the Teach skill. Alternatively, these can be learned during character creation.

Word of Flesh-Reaving: rip the flesh of a distant target, inflicting great pain upon him and preventing him from using Spells or Feats.

Word of Withering:  affect three different, distant enemies with a dark sorcery that shrivels a limb of your choice.

Complex Spells: can be learned from Player Characters or Non-player Characters who possess the Teach skill.

Oath of Flesh Girding: places a Glyph on you that grants you AP (Armor Points) and can protect you against Pain and Confusion. When you take damage, your AP is depleted before your HP (Hit Points).

Oath of Flesh-Mending:  suffuses you or a willing target you touch with powerful sorcery that cures almost all wounds but inflicts massive amounts of pain.

Erudite Spells: can be learned from select Non-player Characters only.

Word of Bone-Rending: inflicts a paralyzing agony upon a target before destroying him from the inside through internal injuries.

Oath of the Bolstered Form: places a Glyph upon you that gives you Great Strength and augments your weapon strikes.
