There are multiple illegal combat moves in Seventh Kingdom. These moves are prohibited to ensure the safety of our players. If any player is seen doing any of the below mentioned moves, the staff will issue a warning. If the player continues to fight dangerously, she or he will be asked to leave.
Baseball swings, hugging, machine-gunning, turtle-ing, shield bashing, and unsafe physical combat.
- ‘Baseball swings’ or ‘full swings’ are wind-up strikes that deal a lot of physical damage, so please pull your hits.
- ‘Hugging’ or wrapping your arms around your opponent while in combat is unsafe; please keep fair weapon distance from target.
- ‘Machine-gunning’ or tapping rapid strikes are not allowed, so damage will not be taken from them. Therefore, please focus on moving your weapon back to a minimum 45 degree angle or striking in different locations.
- 'Turtle-ing’ or ‘hiding’ is a practice in which shield users duck behind their shields leaving only their heads available to strike, so please follow shield designs to have correctly sized shields.
- ‘Shield Bashing’ or slamming with a shield is unsafe due to the fact that the shields are not properly padded for shield to body contact.
- Unsafe physical combat includes wrestling, boxing, and jump kicking while in combat; all of these things are extremely unsafe. Please keep those moves at home.
- Also ‘hand shots’ won’t deal any combat damage, so don’t aim for hands. Your first violation will warrant a verbal warning; continued violations may receive further disciplinary actions.
