NPCs vs. PCs

E-mail Print PDF

What does NPC stand for?

-NPC stands for Non Playing Character. When players call themselves a NPC they are usually a plot character whether that is a teacher, merchant, monster, evil boss, etc. that is sent out by Staff. Think of it almost as if they are working with Staff to help move the story line along and provide the 'bad guys' for the other players.

What does PC stand for?

-PC stands for Playing Character. This is what most of the players will consider themselves, a playing character.

Are there required NPC shifts?

-No, there are no required NPC shifts. Although we do offer NPC shifts to anyone interested, either hourly shifts or the whole weekend. Players that decide to NPC for a shift or the whole weekend will recieve extra bonuses. These bonuses can be found under the NPC tab under New Players.
